Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and condition.

2. Return Procedure
• For consumer purchases (B2C), please initiate returns through the standard process on our Shopify website.
• For wholesale purchases (B2B), written confirmation from us is required prior to returning any items.

3. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless we are legally obligated to bear such costs.

4. Refund Method and Timeframe Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 7-14 working days for the refund to be processed after we receive and inspect your returned items.

5. Exclusions We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items not meeting the eligibility criteria stated above.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items In the rare event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, please notify us immediately via email at info@newfoundland.io. We will offer a suitable resolution, such as sending a replacement, providing store credit, or issuing a full refund, at our discretion.
